The hotel features a lovely garden area for relaxation.
My experience at Tolip Gardens Hotel was disappointing. I was excited for the private spa bath in my room, but upon arrival, I learned I was given the wrong room. When I asked about the amenities, staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and I had to wait several hours for service requests, including basic necessities like towels and toilet rolls. The breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, making meals less enjoyable.

They had this homemade bread that was outta this world! Plus, the hotel's got a prime location near major shopping spots, and their fitness center is perfect for getting back on track after all those culinary indulgences.
Now, the service? A real train wreck! I can't tell whose incompetence was worse, the staff or the management. Check-outs were chaotic, we spent a night without electricity, and the whole place felt understaffed. Making requests felt like pulling teeth!

the air conditioning didn't even work properly, and that bathtub with massage? definitely not a jacuzzi. next, don’t even get me started on breakfast, it looked more like a bad joke. and after all that, no one even bothered to offer me an upgrade? i almost thought about giving a good review but truly, i just couldn’t.

Family with children paradise
I had a great time with the staff,, they were super helpful when our kid wandered off for a moment. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a wide variety of tasty dishes that filled us up for the day ahead.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but the experience was still worth it.

8/10
I tell ya what, I had me a right good time in that big ol' room with a pool view. Them folks at the front desk were real nice and helpful. Can’t beat that breakfast spread neither. Just wish the pool bar was a bit quicker with lightin' up a cup of tea or two.

I loved enjoying the delicious breakfast that featured a wide range of classical and modern Egyptian dishes, and it was great to explore the beautiful garden area perfect for walking. The swimming pool and spa facilities were amazing for relaxation after a long day. One thing to note is that the walking distance between some areas can be a bit lengthy, but don’t let that deter you! 😊

Recommend it for families
Had my family with me and the staff was very nice! They were so attentive, and, at one point, our kid wandered off a bit but they were quick to help and made us feel relieved.
It wasn't exactly pocket change but you know what? Worth every penny.
